This is a quick guide on how to use our rewards program through our SMILE APP. 

Firstly, this video is for customers who already have opened an account. 

Moving forward, on how to retrieve your accumulated  points, simply look on the lower right-hand side of the screen. You’ll see an orange icon that says “Rewards”. 

Simply click on that icon. After that, you’ll see pop open to reveal all the necessary information about our reward program such as 

• How much rewards have you accumulated 
• Ways to earn 
• Ways to redeem 
• And current activity 

Feel free to click on any of the following options to learn more about them. 

If you’d like to simply redeem your rewards to apply to your current order, simply click the top option that says “You Rewards”. 

This will take you to a page that shows how much points and dollar equivalent you can apply to your current order. 

Simply click on it, then you’ll be taken to another page that allows you to copy a code containing the value of your discount. This code can be applied during the checkout process. 

You have two options to copy the code. 

• Option one: click on the square icon next to the code. This copies the code and can be pasted during your checkout process
• Option two: Click “Apply Code”, and  it’ll be applied automatically into your cart when during your checkout process. 

Once you go to your cart, you’ll be able to see the code automatically applied to your totally. Or if you chose to copy the code and apply it manually, you’re able to then paste that code and see your total get deducted in real time.
