All garments are cut and hand-sewn to order. Manufacturing takes between 2 to 5 working days. Allow additional time for shipping.
Choosing next day shipping does not guarantee next day delivery, it only guarantees faster shipping time.
At Eva Varro, each piece is hand cut, sewn, packed and shipped all in house, here Los Angeles USA, no bulk production and no waste. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following is our return policy.
- We accept returns for refunds, exchanges and/or online credit within 10 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- Please return unused item(s) in original and unworn condition, all tags attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar products stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- We will not accept returns without a valid RA number.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment within 3 business days upon receiving your return or with an online credit voucher, valid for 365 days.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- All returned items are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee except for exchanges.
- All sale items and special orders (including customizations/alterations) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- All items purchased with a discount code/vouchers are considered sale items, and are only applicable for exchange or online credit. No refunds.
- All previously exchanged items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns for Masks are not accepted due to hygiene and safety purposes.
How Do I Make A Return?
Contact us via "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of the website or via email at contact@evavarro.com or call us at Toll Free 1 877-778-2776 during business hours, 8am - 3pm PST, Monday - Friday and request a Return Authorization for the garments that you are not satisfied with, along with the specific reason. Upon approval, you will be granted a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your Eva Varro order.
Please fill out the return form included in your order and send back with the garments.
Eva Varro is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
