• We accept returns for refunds, exchanges and/or online credit within 10 calendar days from the date you received your order.
• Please return unused item(s) in original and unworn condition, all tags attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar products stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 
• We will not accept returns without a valid RA number.
• Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment within 3 business days upon receiving your return or with an online credit voucher, valid for 365 days.
• Original shipping is not refundable.
• All returned items are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee except for exchanges.
• All sale items and special orders (including customizations/alterations) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• All items purchased with a discount code/vouchers are considered sale items, and are only applicable for exchange or online credit. No refunds.

Upon approval, you will be granted a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your Eva Varro order.

Please fill out the return form included in your order and send back with the garments.
